"Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming - in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning - lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!" - Mark 13 V35 - 37

"knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lust, and saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation."  " - 2 Peter 3 V3, 4

People may say the days are normal and everything continues to run as it did from the beginning, but to a believer in Christ, our salvation is one day closer than it was originally. We do not know when our Master Lord Jesus will return, but we have His promise that He will return one day. We ought to be watchful and in prayer, preaching the good news and also being an encouragement to one another. Do not listen to the scoffers, for our hope rests on nothing less but our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord!

"...Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." - Genesis 1 V26

"...Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." - Matthew 22 V21

When Jesus was asked the question about paying taxes to Caesar, the intention of the Pharisees was to trap Him, but Jesus' answer was wise and yet simple. He said "Render to Caesar that which is Caesar's and to God that which is God's". But what belongs to God? Well, who's image is on man? It is God's, and so we ought to dedicate our lives to God. We belong to God and He created us in His own image for His glory. Sin has separated us from God, but Jesus Christ our Lord, unites us back with God. Have you trusted Him as your Lord and Saviour? 

"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right  to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:" - John 1 V12

"Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children on God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him." - 1 John 3 V1

The moment we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and trust Him to be our Lord and Saviour, God gives us a special place in His sight. We get the privilege to become the children of God. God always loved us and He will continue to love us, because we are His children. For God did not send His Son to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him (John 3 V17). Now the invitation by God to believe on His Son is to every single person. Every single person will have to make the choice to believe or not to believe, and there is no middle ground. The world does not know the Lord Jesus Christ, because it did not believe.

" "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age" Amen." - Matthew 28 V19

"No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you." - John 15 V15

What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear. Yes my friend, He is beside you and me, and sometimes we don't even realize because of our lack of trust. Remember, our Lord promised to be with us, even to the end of age. He has made known to us the inner things of heaven and the will of the Father. He will come again to take all who believe in Him and trusted Him as Lord and Saviour. Let us not keep the good news of the Gospel to ourselves, but let the world know that time is at hand, Jesus Christ is coming soon. Praise the Lord!

"...I am the way, the truth, and the life, No one comes to the Father except through Me." - John 14 V6

"He who has the Son has life, he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." - 1 John 5 V12

In our world today we have many religious beliefs, and people are constantly looking (and even working hard) to get into heaven. There are many man-made plans and maps that describes how to get to heaven, but all are useless. None of the religious or political figures who ever lived made claims like Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ clearly said that He is the only Way to the kingdom of heaven. He who has the Son has life, and that is eternal life. Jesus Christ fulfilled all the prophesies of the Messiah and He died on the cross so we who abide in Him can have life. Do you believe Jesus Christ to be the Son of God? Have you received Him into your heart? No religion or no penance can gain us access into the kingdom of heaven, but only Jesus Christ can. Do you know the Saviour who died for your sins?
